This could be weekly, Bi-weekly, etc. Description: Number of Roles: 1 Travel: Telecommute and Travel (still confirming the amount of travel to Las Vegas) Duration: Through to EOY, likely for extension Primary Responsibilities: Conduct Leadership duties for Operational Excellence projects. Manage Business Analyst and Business SME resource pool. Lead a diverse team comprised of Client and Client resources (SMEs, BA, DA). Interact with senior level client resources and with PMO. Work closely with other Client leads and solution architect to ensure all business operations functions are identified and addressed across the program. Lead business readiness activities and working sessions, documents functional design, and works closely with other leads to communicate functional design to inform development of work flows, desk level procedures, test materials, training materials, deployment plans and other project artifacts. Lead development of contingency plans in the event there are open defects or works-in-progress at the time of deployment to production, which may require development of interim workflows / processes. Helps facilitate sessions, works with other leads to develop contingency plans and defect resolution. Position requires weekly travel to Las Vegas, NV Required Qualifications: Must be willing to travel 75% -80% each week 7+ years managing projects, preferably EMR related implementations, within the provider domain 3+ years experience scoping, architecting and managing data migrations and conversions across multiple EMRs 3+ years experience doing provider data mapping and transformation (ETL) 5+ years business analysis experience including development of Business Requirements Documents and/or Test Plan Documents. Demonstrated understanding of HL7 interfaces; needs to understand ADT and how it affects the provider ecosystem. Preferred: 3+ years experience with EMR implementations, working as Configuration Analyst/Developer, HL7 Developer, Business Analyst or Data Analyst/Reports Developer Preferred Qualifications: Ability to see system work as a means to improve patient care and engagement, provider/clinician satisfaction and improving financial results of the business   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
