Equivalent Candidate must be our W2 Employee Notes : We provide Vendor Letters *Local candidates are preferred but I will consider all candidates in the southeast Description: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution design capabilities with special knowledge in close/consolidation, budgeting/forecasting and reporting / analytics. Supports the design and implementation of complex reporting and analytic solutions including Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Essbase JOB DUTIES: * Provide day to day operational support for month end close which includes developing and monitoring job execution, responding to outages * Functional expert within the reporting solutions and production support team accountable for translating requirements into formal functional and technical design documents through close collaboration with external reporting and corporate FP&A teams. * Translate high level business requirements into technical requirements and functional end to end design of Verizon-wide Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Essbase solutions with significant impact on multiple user groups. * Employ a flexible and collaborative work approach to solve complex problems and to develop customer-specific solutions, take into account multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and different level of stakeholder groups with various, changing stakeholder demands, requirements and intersections. * Comply with Verizon-wide policies and procedures or direct impact on the re-design of existing policies and procedures. MUST HAVE SKILLS: * 6+ years experience administering financial systems/implementations with working knowledge of Oracle EPM Product Suite (HFM/Essbase/FDMEE) * Experience in General Ledger & Financial Reporting knowledge. * Experience in multidimensional analysis, data load, calculation and aggregation techniques experience. DESIRED SKILLS: * Experience administering SAP Business Planning and Consolidation system (BPC) * Very strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and organizational skills * Demonstrated ability to work with various, complex stakeholder groups, functions and various levels of management. * Strong customer focus and ability to recognize impact of decisions on end users. * Ability to prioritize efforts and tasks in a high volume and fast paced environment.
