POSITION SUMMARY: The Enterprise Applications – Hyperion Sr. Developer is responsible for providing ongoing technical support of the Hyperion application, as well as, design, document and implement various data flow processes and solutions along with receiving support calls to troubleshoot customer service issues. This person will act as the IT EA point of contact between the EA group and clients/business partners. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assume complete responsibility of the Hyperion application Serve as primary leader on the Hyperion tool kit and its capabilities Assess/analyze current state architecture, understand and provide best practice solutions for identified areas of improvement Define an application/system roadmap/design document(s) that ensures self-service, flexibility, scalability, and security Responsible for the recommendation of Hyperion technical needs as appropriate for solution requirements Support the finance team by developing additional functionality and enhancements within the Hyperion applications Ensure application is functioning at an optimal level Support the financial close, budgeting and forecasting processes and related reporting Establish, maintain and ensure compliance with standards and procedures for design, development, testing, and documentation Work with project teams to validate the scope and requirements for the incremental release of new reporting capability Translates stakeholder requirements into IT solutions Design and plan Hyperion applications related system solutions Responsible for monitoring new and innovative technologies available to the Hyperion suite of products Train, coach, and mentor Hyperion IT team members Ultimately responsible for the daily operations of Hyperion applications and their availability to our business partners Identify gaps and inefficiencies leading to process improvements and recommendations for technology investments Establish and maintain a complete disaster recovery/business continuity program aligned with our business partners Interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors as needed Work with project managers and other teams in relation to existing and new projects and rollout plans. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in an interrupt-driven environment. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. A minimum on 7 years Hyperion experience required Working knowledge of /experience with: ASO/BSO cubes (must have) Essbase (must have) Hyperion cloud / EPBCS (nice to have) EPM automate (nice to have) Understand planning, budgeting and forecasting and have proven ability to work with business users on an application level configuring and troubleshooting Understand functional reporting/variance analysis skills – reports errors, timeouts, etc. Understand FDMEE and as it relates to Oracle ERP EBS Financials Working understanding of HIPAA regulations a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
