Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of Hyperion database such as updates of database structure and security Day-to-day administration/management of multiple Oracle/Hyperion EPM applications focusing on Essbase and Reporting, Master Data setup, Add/Delete activities for Users and User Groups Analyze, plan and develop new processes for Budgeting utilizing Hyperion functionality Update and develop Calculation scripts and Business Rules Modify Hyperion forms and HFR reports to meet new business requirements Train new Hyperion users and lead multiple training sessions from beginning to expert levels Provide constant end user support Assist with Database, Essbase and Hyperion application Administration such as security, tuning, backup and recovery on different servers, platforms and operating systems. Assist in performance tuning, and monitoring of all system tier Manage metadata and mapping changes. Support system security and support/coordinate software updates and patches as needed. Develop methods and processes for integrating different enterprise systems/products so they work properly together. Work with Developers, System and Network administrators in a multinational environment to support and improve system performance and stability. System implementations, enhancements and upgrades. Requirements & Preferred Skills: Experience working with Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.3 or later At least 3 years of Essbase development/implementation experience At least 3 years of Hyperion Planning development/implementation experience Strong knowledge/experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, FDMEE or ODI Familiarity with Workforce Planning and Capital Expense Planning add-ons Demonstrated proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management Architect (EPMA) and Essbase Administration Services (EAS) Demonstrated proficiency with Essbase Add-in for Excel Demonstrated capability to architect, design and build all aspects of an Hyperion Planning system including loading data and metadata, creating data forms and business rules Ability to tune and optimize Planning applications and Essbase databases for optimal data load, calculation and query performance Ability to define and implement Hyperion Planning security through Hyperion Shared Services Experience and knowledge of Hyperion Business Rules and Essbase Calculation scripts utilizing Calculation Manager Completed at least two or more related full cycle Hyperion Planning implementation Solid understanding of relational database concepts and ability to work with Oracle PL/SQL and/or Microsoft T-SQL Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Unix operating systems 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) Hyperion Planning Certification a plus Oracle Essbase Certification a plus Other Requirements: Experience working on Public Sector is highly desired Solid understanding and experience with one or more structured software project lifecycle methodologies Ability to understand and document business requirements Experience in data quality issues and ability to investigate and resolve data validation issues Ability to provide input into project plans including defining tasks and estimating level of effort Ability to prioritize and work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with clients at   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
