Day to Day job Duties: ·Works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant in the development of technical solutions of moderate complexity within consulting practice area. ·Develops solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure. ·Applies principles, concepts and techniques of skills in developing solutions and strategies. ·Regularly interacts with external customer and customer managers and identifies additional opportunities in customer organization. ·Begins to integrate multiple technologies and applications within a specific customer solution. ·Serves as a pre-sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expert. ·Work with Solution Architects and Project Managers to define right solution for the problem at hand ·Transfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoring ·Advise clients on best practices in planning, budgeting and forecasting ·Adapt to projects quickly with a can-do attitude Basic Qualifications: ·5 years of experience with Hyperion Planning (11.1.x) ·5 years of experience with Oracle Essbase (11.1.x) ·5 years of experience with FDMEE\FDM, Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reports ·Experience with EPMA enabled applications ·5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 - 2016 ·Demonstrate strong project management, analytical and problem solving/debugging skills ·Demonstrate experience with full software lifecycle methodology ·Excellent verbal and written communication , active listening and interpersonal skills ·Demonstrate ability to be highly organized and detailed oriented ·Effective communications at project team level, meeting facilitation and presentations ·Demonstrate solid understanding of financial related processes and technologies, financial statement structures and budgeting and forecasting processes ·Travel: This position can require travel up to 80% of the time. Otherwise requires work from home (internet access, phone access and private location with no interruptions ·Degree: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
