Description :
Client has an immediate opening for a Procure to Pay Conversion Design Team Member in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) department, located at the company headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.
The Procure to Pay Conversion Design Team Member will work as part of the Procure to Pay (PTP) team focused on the design and support of data conversions between the legacy systems and Oracle for current and future deployments.

Responsibilities :

* Work as a Liaison between the ERP Team, and other business units to write functional design documents in the PTP area with a heavy focus in the inventory area
* Conduct design workshops with the participation of key business contacts, BSC, and ERP team members
* Identify and define data conversion requirements
* Participate in the mock conversion process by identifying conversion issues, summarizing results, and taking corrective action as required
* Participate in validation of data conversions during deployments

Required Skills:

* Prior experience with data conversions on other ERP projects
* Ability to prioritize tasks, conduct meetings and conference call based workshops to identify issue resolution steps and processes
* Must be a good communicator, quick learner and adaptable
* Understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite applications and concepts

Desired Skill :

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Bachelors Degree
* 2 + years work experience in the Procure to Pay area with a heavy emphasis in the inventory area, which includes a thorough understanding of the Oracle inventory item structure and corresponding database fields
