Responsibilities include Order Management within our SAP system, daily reporting and tracking of orders and delivery, Sales Forecasting, Sales Trend Analysis, Purchase Order Fulfilment and On Time Delivery. The job also entails various supply chain Initiatives related to process improvement. Operational responsibilities include: Reporting, Order management, Order Fulfilment, Data & Sales analysis, loading data in systems, data setup, and troubleshooting errors as it relates to models and ship to addresses for purchase orders. Activities have a direct impact on both Sales revenue and profitability within the assigned account team. This position will also maintain strong relationships and interact with the customer as well as with Samsung Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams. Duties & Responsibilities: General Reporting Order management Order Fulfilment Data & Sales analysis Loading data in systems, data setup Troubleshooting errors as it relates to models and ship to addresses for purchase orders. Forecast Accuracy Reporting Help to insure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date Conduct Root Cause analysis to identify order delivery failure Use of supply chain system for order management, reporting and forecasting Help manage KPI reports Desired Qualifications: Proficiency with Advanced Excel data management functions Prior experience with SAP and/or any order management systems Prior Supply Chain experience helpful Experience working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships with them Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals Strong written communication skills Experience working for a supplier, manufacturer, or retailer is desirable Experience working in home appliance, consumer goods, electronics or décor industry desirable   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
