We will be deploying in four distribution centers in 2018. The person in this position would play an integral role in providing support throughout the life cycle of the deployments. They would be involved in transactional support as well providing support through design, testing, and go-lives. Position Duties: 1. Identify and correct system failures with root cause solutions. 2. Oversee tickets and ensure that proposed and implemented fixes solve the issue. 3. Coordinate training activities in partnership with the Business Transformation team. Assist with scheduling training and notification to site employees who are required to attend training and then facilitate for train-the-trainer events at the site. Keep record of those who have completed required trainings. 4. Facilitate SOP and documentation review. 5. Support testing preparation: attend testing prep activities with manager and coordinate the testing details. May coordinate and conduct training with local team. 6. Basic project management support as needed. 7. Data validation of inventory. 8. Propose configuration, code, design, and process changes for sites assigned 9. Updating Configuration Documentation for assigned configuration activities for sites assigned 10. Provide estimates for WRICEF development and configuration to facilitate planning of assigned work 11. Configure the business processes and objects as assigned 12. Conduct unit testing (configuration and/or Functional Unit) for WRICEFs assigned in a SCRUM, or in specific PIT or UAT release cycles assigned 13. Lead users through business process execution, resolution of defects and execution of scripts for integration/regression/UAT testing. 14. Provide input for training and business process documentation and facilitate changes with OCM as needed to ensure documentation meets all Polaris guidelines 15. Coordinate and participate on solution documentation updates, including As-Is and To-Be states for any logistics location in scope for a deployment, including Mfg Plants/DCs/3PL locations/Subcontractors 16. Work on defects assigned by the LEX or GTS Test or Defect Lead and provide resolution based on the priority of the defects. Update the defect resolution and status in HPQC 17. Complete Training documentation or JobAids for work assigned. 18. Train SMEs and Super Users on deployed LEX functionality 19. Execute PIT or regression test scripts within the defined area of expertise Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.). * 2+ years professional work experience, ideally in one of the above areas. * Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, task lists, pivot tables, etc.). * Strong analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: * 4+ years experience in a related field (Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc.) * Supply chain knowledge. * SAP knowledge. * Project management experience: ability to make process recommendations and drive site forward to meet goals. Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to effectively facilitate small group discussion. Core Hours: * Work hours are typically 8:30 - 5:00 * Up to 30% travel - mainly to our US DC locations. Notes : Business Analyst with UAT/ Functional testing experience.
