Qualification: Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelors Degree. Should have progressing skills in Package Configuration. Should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management. "Experience in Business analysis techniques and strong communication skill since the resource will own the relationship with an application owner from the client side. Strong hands on experience in any ERP preferrability in a CRM module. Familiar with the Project lifecycle and support role. Well familiar with RICEF Objects and documentation. Guide Offshore team throughout the SDLC process from design reviews till project closure. Coordinate with technical leads in FDS, Unit Test, FAT,SIT & UAT processes Set up FDS review and config. walk through meetings with onsite teams. Coordinate with non-SAP development teams like EAI middleware, portals for driving end-to-end solution delivery Facilitate and troubleshoot any design or coding issues with both onsite and offshore teams Accountable for the quality of the overall functional deliverables of the project and documentation. Assist PM with a well thought through effort estimates, during various stages of the project. Assist PM with staffing, delegation and roll off of technical resources Oversee cookbook & cutover activities for functional teams. Oversee the KT process to production support team. Ensure that all functional deliverables are tracked against the project plan milestones Participate in Project Status Review meetings and assist PM with issue resolution and risk mitigation. 25% Effective Communication In this role there is a need to communicate between technical and functional teams as well as gather requirements from customers. Ability to understand the needs of the customer and provide excellent customer service 25% Documentation The analyst will be required to gather requirements for a each project. Write concise and clear Requirements/Specifications documentation that will provide information on what is needed for the project from the technical teams 25% Application Functional Analyst The ability to configure or improve upon in an existing application is important. Skills in SAP CRM/SD or any related module are important 25% Data Architecture Ability with Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Conceptual Modeling is needed Toubleshoot and fix design and configuration issues while following clients processes.
