Candidate for this position shall have the following qualifications and requirements: 5-7 years of experience with ERP and/or HCM migrations. Experience includes: o Developing data migration guidance and documenting processes to collect, format and cleanse data in preparation for the migration o Mapping data elements, identifying data quality issues, and managing conversion activities o Creating strategies to normalize data, writing ETL scripts to load data, and validating data loaded into Workday o Extracting data using SSIS packages, SQL, and proficiency in program languages related to data transformation (for example C#) o Developing data and information architecture artifacts including mapping of on-prem ERP and/or HCM to cloud based ERP and/or HCM data requirements o Liaising with business process owners and subject matter experts in Human Resources, Finance, IT and other parts of the organization to coordinate decision-making and consensus-building on the strategy and implementation of data migration efforts o Performing data validation, quality assurance (Q/A), and user interface (UI) verification activities during the migration process o Preparing and/or updating operating procedures and other documentation needed to support data migration activities 2-5 years of data architect experience, including transactional data stores and data warehouse 2-5 years of experience with information technology programs and services, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise data management and related technologies Workday certification and experience with data migration into Workday HCM and Financials from Oracle is preferred Experience working as a member of distributed data architecture teams Understanding of information systems and data life-cycle management best practices and methodologies, and systems development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with enterprise data management, information security, systems and applications development Experience with working with data formats such as XML, XSD, XSLT or XPath Demonstrated proficiency and experience with source control and deployment automation Github and TeamCity Must possess high-level of business, technical, and political acumen in order to break barriers, drive solutions and enable success Candidate Duties and Responsibilities: Work with application data architects and development team members, to identify, document and refine existing on-prem and cloud-based ERP data models and requirements. Developing new documents as required Identify data integration processes, capture schema and meta-data elements and provide mappings for exports from on-prem ERP to cloud ERP Document mapping and manipulation of data in the ETL process requirements Identify and document any data cleansing requirements identified as key to data migration success Provide support and guidance on ERP migration strategies Revise and maintain data dictionary definitions, governance practices, and standards Partner with business stakeholders to implement business data requirements and with security architects to ensure compliance with data security and privacy mandates   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
