This position will work with performance engineers to plan and execute performance tests and requires previous exposure to ERP and testing. Responsibilities: -Support development of performance test plans across multiple deployment & process areas -Support quality-related activities including requirements, testing, quality reviews, test plans and adherence to established quality standards for IT and Business Leads. -Provide support to Performance engineers on activities related to performance testing -Work with Quality, IT, and business process teams to support execution of performance test plans -Provide quality review of process team test cases and supporting requirements -Assist in the development and documentation of requirements for Performance Testing -Assist in the compilation & presentation of the overall status to stakeholders, Develop & deliver testing metrics and dashboards -Reviews Performance test results, defect analysis and test cases to ensure adherence to established quality standards and best practices. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Responsibilities: Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution. Identify and understand the end users need.
