Our client uses an Oracle database and AIX servers. Our client will begin a project to upgrade to the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) HCM version of PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) as a Hub Agency. Our client is requesting an experienced PeopleSoft HCM consultant who can conduct fit/gap sessions, determine where system modifications are required, and document any change request following the clients current lifecycle process. Requirements Skills Required/Desired Candidates experience Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems 5 years Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1 or version 9.2 5 years Implementing or upgrading the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM 2 years Functional experience conducting fit/gap sessions, detailed deliverable documentation, documenting change requests, and working with the technical team to verify code changes are to specification 5 years Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels. Strong Strong technical writing skills.
