Sentara is responsible for all of the data identification, cleansing, clean up, and validation. Sentaras DBAs will help with information around where and how data is stored and what needs to be pulled. Requirements Experience leading a data conversion for a Workday implementation Ability to work with stakeholders across the org to determine which data is needed and where it is located. Development is required, but will likely have a conversion development background CLIENT DESCRIPTION: Leader with strong technical understanding of business functions Often reside within Applications Management Conflict Resolution Decision Making Ability to influence key stakeholders Extensive knowledge of current ERP architecture and integrations Exceptional understanding of technical requirements Relationships across IT to drive alignment with transformation and broader IT infrastructure Provide overall leadership and subject matter expertise for the clients conversion to Workday and overseeing the timely completion of deliverable required by the project plan Coordinates and participates in the clients design workshops and assists in the development of conversion data mappings. Responsible for overall management of the conversion team and for the coordination of their work with the work of other team members/leaders Responsible for converting data from the existing system into ERPs data objects. Assists conversion team in resolving any source data or mapping errors Develop Data Conversion Plan documenting the conversion methods, load processes, extraction, transformation and load processes for converting the client spcific data Resolves data-related issues and guides client in the preparation of the data for loading   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
