Provides direction for the mapping of business processes using advanced process- mapping methodologies ? Makes recommendations in the selection of technology solutions to align with business strategies ? Assists in the identification, development, and facilitation of unit staff training opportunities ? Performs complex data analyses and reporting ? Serves as a project lead for lower-level IT staff providing guidance on specific project goals, outcomes, and technological components ? Serves as a subject matter expert to institutional and unit leadership on critical technology issues Required skills: ? Experience working with an ERP system Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and/or Research Administration ? Experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence ? Experience gathering reporting requirements in a Workday ERP environment. ? Attention to detail ? Strong problem-solving skills ? Sound judgement in decision-making ? Strong communication skills -- both written and oral -- including the ability to communicate sensitive information effectively ? Public speaking skills and comfort presenting to large groups ? Forward-thinking; ability to ground conversation in a vision for the future versus constraints of the current state Preferred skills: ? Experience working in a higher education setting ?
