Perform Library Maintenance and OpenText database table administration tasks using various OpenText Administration tools. This support will include end user support and server management. Develop training materials for a diverse knowledge base and perform remote and/or onsite training for users throughout the Department. Facilitates the resolution of complex technical issues, planning, implementation and in all areas of EDMS by analyzing. Serve as liaison and/or principal EDMS Representative when working with business offices and communicating with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service in regard to finding resolutions to presented technical problems. Provide well-formed suggestions, solutions and/or alternatives for third-party applications that interact with EDMS. Create custom batch upload and download solutions for eDOCS. Performing eDOCS upgrades and data migrations using MS SQL, Oracle, and other ETL tools. Developing .NET code, documentation for COM, and RESTful APIs to integrate eDOCS with other applications. Migrating eDOCS to Azure and maintaining once migrated is required. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Consults with staff on issues requiring further work or investigation. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides support and coordination of logistics for conferences, meetings, conference calls and other events. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communication, or related field. Experience in a related EDMS/ECM field could be used in place of bachelors degree. Advanced knowledge of OpenText eDOCS Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) with experience preferably in a Leadership, Team Lead or Principal Lead Technician or Escalations role. Able to confidently guide and advise EDMS team members, management as needed. Five (5) years of advanced EDMS experience 3 to 5 years of systems analysis/programming experience, working with large scale implementations, system upgrades and library consolidations. Experience in minicomputer or client/server environments including the implementation and support of resource planning, marketing, financial and distribution systems. High proficiency in analyzing, planning, creating, and implementing document control-related IT tools, databases, and administrative procedures. Has depth and breadth of experience and expertise and uses that expertise to improve the overall project, assignment, or goal. Familiarity and understanding of project management principles, methods, standards, and related artifacts as defined by the Project Management Institutes (PMI) PMBOK standards, is a plus. including analysis, administration, maintenance, implementation and support of EDMS/ECM applications and databases in an intranet and internet environment. Ability to read, write and/or understand several coding languages including .Net. Familiarity and understanding of project management principles, methods, standards, and related artifacts as defined by the Project Management Institutes (PMI) PMBOK standards, is a plus. Experience migrating eDOCS to Azure or other cloud solutions and maintaining once migrated is required. Experience developing .NET code, documentation for COM, and RESTful APIs to integrate eDOCS with other applications is required.
