Coordinate MS Dynamics CRM environments, including readiness for test and stage environments. Direct work with infrastructure teams, developers and development leads to ensure that the project deliverables are defined and remain on track, and work with the appropriate teams to ensure that the work is done. Check that all infrastructures are in place and that the environment connectivity is completed. Perform application migrations and other infrastructure activities. Troubleshoot environment issues and provide operational support. Act in a client facing capacity as the HP Leader and point of escalation for client and HP team members. Maintain a proactive and professional work ethic. Lead by example. Work independent with minimal direction from Delivery Leader/Project Manager Experience Required: - Proven experience with MS Dynamics administration - Proven experience with IIS website installation, configuration and administration - Proven experience working with MS SQL Server - Proven experience working with Windows and Active Directory - Analysis of business requirements and development of architectural designs - Requisition servers and equipment and provide business cases based on designs - Installation, configuration and upgrading MS Dynamics CRM - Point of contact for vendor issues and incidents - Creation and importing CRM organizations - Investigation of MS Dynamics CRM errors and root cause analysis - Troubleshooting issues with the MS Dynamics CRM platform and CRM application issues - Performance monitoring and testing MS Dynamics CRM applications - Interface with HP ITO Wintel and Backup and Recovery (BUR) teams - Windows Administration - maintain users and security groups, implement group policies, install certificates, maintain file permissions, website configuration and tuning, patch installation and automation, develop Powershell scripts - Security Administration install 3rd party software for audit logging of database and Windows activity, develop and automate reports, maintain HP security standards, participate in SOC1 audits, follow-up on audit compliance issues - Database Administration - configuration and performance tuning, database backup and restore, develop and automate reports, data migration and imports - Direct client interaction to resolve system and application related issues, support for Development, UAT and Production - At least 5 years experience in hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM - At least 5 years experience in Windows system administration - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Education and Experience Preferred: - MS Dynamics Certification preferred - Experience with Scribe ETL software is a plus - Superior analytical and problem solving skills - Superior written and oral communication skills - Superior interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members - Superior English skills both oral and written communication - Strong leadership and organization skills - Self-motivated individual.
