Job Description : Software Engineer Ideal Background: Programming and full-stack development experience in Azure public cloud. Healthcare data background, especially provider data (versus payer data), including clinical data. Experience with FHIR is highly desirable. Experience and deep background in various methods of ETL would be a great addition. Top Requirements: Public Cloud full stack development, Healthcare specific data knowledge, ETL. Team: Will be a member of an Agile team consisting of an Agile resource and 7-8 full-stack developers. Overall project will have 3-4 such teams. Software Engineering Core Tasks: Reuse, develop and share components, products & services to design modular, flexible, scalable, secure, reliable and quality solutions that deliver business value through superior user experience Build processes and diagnostics to troubleshoot, maintain and optimize solutions and respond to customer and production issues Participate in full product lifecycle including proof of concepts, architect, design and build, user stories, research and demos Embrace continuous learning of engineering practices to ensure industry best practices and technology adoption, including DevOps, Cloud and Agile thinking Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience on programming languages Hands-on experience in full automated testing framework (unit & integration) Hands-on experience of big data and streaming frameworks Hands-on experience on using containers (PaaS) Hands-on experience on working on CICD platform and monitoring Experience and working exposure in cloud environment BS/BA or equivalent experience 5+ years relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience on programming languages - Go, python, scala, java. Hands-on experience in full automated testing framework (unit & integration) - cucumber, spock, Go unit test, Junit. Hands-on experience of big data and streaming frameworks - kafka , Hadoop, Hive, spark, HDFS. Hands-on experience on using PAAS like - Kubernetes, Openshift Hands-on experience on working on CICD platform and monitoring - namely Github, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus.
