Evaluate and undertake impact analyses on major design options and assess associated risks. Ensure that the system design balances functional, quality, security, and systems management requirements. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Effectiveness team in assessing business strategies and priorities, and tuning solutions to business goals. Partner with the BOOST CRM Product Development Team in determining optimal solutions to product goals, and aligning product roadmaps to business plans. Partner with the regional IT resources in defining requirements, processes and features required to support their markets. Support development of cross-functional business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement. Evaluate the system factors which must be addressed in change management. Develop and manage expectations for communication channels and/or stakeholder groups. Initiate communications between key contributors and stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for cross-functional solution architecture. Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders. Understand corporate data requirements (financial, legal, engineering, management), data models, and apply data analysis, and quality assurance techniques to establish, modify or maintain data structures and their associated components in and across business areas/applications of expertise. Provide advice and guidance to BSAs/Developers and others using the data structures and associated components. Stay informed on technology trends and product roadmaps to make strategic business architecture recommendations. Qualifications: Direct experience with product development in an enterprise setting, leveraging modern technology stacks and cloud-based systems such as Salesforce.com Strong knowledge of various integration approaches such as microservices, messaging, queuing, API patterns, ETL Experience in Healthcare Legal, Regulatory and Commercial processes Strong understanding of agile / SCRUM methodologies Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Salesforce.com Administrator certification is desired.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
