Developing various types of data loads (e.g. incremental, history/full, survivorship rules) – 6 years ? Implementing change data capture (CDC) – 4 years ? Testing and debugging ETL – 6 years ? Developing complex SQL - 6 years ? ETL job scheduling – 2 years ? Loading data warehouses using ETL tools – 2 years ? Management of multiple ETL tools ? Experience with data quality tools and frameworks ? Using source code version control software ? Mentoring to others on ETL development ? Managing multiple, concurrent projects and tasks ?
