Proficiency in C# and C++ is required. Knowledge of Informatica is desirable. Should understand relational database management systems. This person will be interacting with Data Center operators, technical support staff on the team as well as the development staff. This person will be interacting with Management and Carriers and may have contact with Sr. Management on occasion. Interaction with cross-functional development teams is likely. Must be able to troubleshoot problems, coordinate teams and provide clear status communications. This person should be flexible as overtime outside of the normal shift may be required on occasion.
