Help set the vision and drive data insights and opportunities for the digital product teams. Day to Day Functions: Design and implement data marts that enable analytics and semantic layers that drive BI tools. Source and structure the clickstream data feeds and call center data with offline data to drive scale across the lines of business via methods such as http GET and JSON APIs Work with complex SQL queries and ETL and mapping of different data formats Oversee the ETL process across staging area and improve reliability, efficiency, and quality of the data Create blueprints for big data tenant to integrate, centralize, protect and maintain data sources Conduct code reviews of teams Spark Streaming programs in Scala, Java, Python, and R Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data science 2+ years of experience in managing people and leading teams Experience working in a large, matrixed organization Experience working in modern data architectures designing and implementing data marts Experience building cross-functional relationships and communicating at all levels of an organization Experience with implementing business intelligence strategies and underlying data architecture Experience using Big Data Processing Technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and/or Pig Experience working with complex SQL queries and ETL and mapping of different data formats Preferred Qualifications: Inquisitive with a passion for data architecture design patterns and demonstrated analyst mindset Strategic problem solver who simplifies problems to their core elements and finds creative solutions Produces high caliber work products by having attention to detail and by understanding best practices for digital data analytic and reporting applications Understands the differences between Adobe Analytics clickstream options: API, Live Stream, and Data Feeds and has worked with Adobe clickstream data and the filters needed to match Adobe Analytics   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
