Job Description: ETL Tester Client is the nations 2nd largest IT Staffing organization, has immediate and exciting opportunity with one of the nations largest technology service providers. This is a 9-10 month contract opportunity and will be a remote position for the duration of the project. Company & Group Details of ETL Tester: •The ETL Tester is part of collaborative team that is responsible for testing and identifying problems that may arise through system integrations and upgrades. The individual will help write and execute test plans and develop ETL test scripts based on technical specifications. Responsibilities of ETL Tester: Executes comprehensive system testing in accordance with the documented test plan and cases Understand business requirements and test cases to generate large volumes of test data that support the requirements and test cases. Track and communicate the progress of all phases of testing on a regular basis Be able to multi-task across several issues in a fast-paced and demanding environment Requirements for ETL Tester: Minimum of 2+ years of QA testing experience with a strong SQL development background, writing complex SQL scripts for data validation of a Data Warehouse containing multiple data sources Ability to validate target tables with record counts, duplicate date, reconcile counts with source and data type Previous work with SAP projects and/or test automation with Python preferred Understanding of REST based API testing and JSON Experience working with JIRA and ETL tools (SSIS) in a Scrum/Agile environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
