The team is looking for a Crystal Reports Developer to maintain the current reporting environment until they merge into Microsoft BI (SSIS). The current team is very strong in Microsoft BI, but need a specialist in Crystal Reports. Top Skills: SQL, Crystal reporting, and preferably SSIS solutions Main Responsibilities: -Maintain a library of BI reports written in Crystal Reports and MicroStrategy environments. -Create new BI reports in Crystal Reports and MicroStrategy environments -Create BI reports that run with sufficient speed to be used in a customer facing interactive web environment -ETL experience utilizing Informatica and SSIS -Proven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into development -Strong customer focus -Solid knowledge of end-to-end quality reporting best practices -Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills to minimize exposure and risk on reporting projects -Excellent written and verbal communications skills Basic Qualifications: -Bachelors degree in a technical area -6+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases within a BI reporting environment. -4+ years experience in developing business intelligence reports using one or more of the following: Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy -2+ years of experience developing ETLs with SSIS -6+ years of experience writing efficient SQL queries within an enterprise RDBMS (i.e. MSSQL, Oracle).
