Experis is seeking candidate for Production Support Analyst openings in Conway, AR or Warwick, RI.

Required Skills:

· 2+ years of professional experience in analysis in production support environment.

· Perform hands-on development work using Windows/Unix scripting, SQL, Oracle and Informatica

· Understand data warehouse concepts such as star schema data marts.

· Apply sound data integration and warehousing design skills and recommending system improvements

· Perform source data analysis to develop ETL and/or data delivery solutions that meet business needs

· Production Support - Investigate issues identified by the customer or HP and work to resolve and communicate regarding issues.

· Job hours - Sometimes additional hours are required to meet deadlines. On call responsibilities. Could be anytime of the day or night.

Job Description:

· Ability to design, test, and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate system life cycle methodology.

· Defines scope, work activities and deliverables for assigned projects.

· Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes IT requirements. Collaborates with others defining requirements to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.

· Verify and complete detailed technical design solutions.

· Participates in business and technical IT solution implementations and upgrades.

· Conducts code reviews, prepares and executes unit test.

· Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems.
