Note: The primary responsibility for this position is the manual testing of ETL within a large data warehouse and verifying the output the data warehouse creates.
Candidate must be our W2 Employee.

Job Description :

Data quality testing of the data warehouse and transactional processing of these data. Testing will include validating the accuracy and successful upload and/or transfer of data files and elements, and running reports and analytics to ensure accurate and expected results based on business rules. The environment consists of MS SQL Server databases, z/OS DB2 and numerous flat files.
? The primary responsibility for this position is the manual testing of ETL within a large data warehouse and verifying the output the data warehouse creates. Selected individuals should have experience working with large volumes of data and understand how the data will be transformed when added to the Data Warehouse. Individuals will need to have strong SQL skills, writing/ executing complex queries and performing data validation. Testers will be tasked with designing, creating and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts (manual/ back-end testing) related to the Data Warehouse.
IT Tester
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
? Writing test cases, creating test scenarios, executing tests scripts and analyzing test results
? Star schema data warehouse design
? Data warehouse ETL and Business Intelligence (BI) testing
? MS SQL Server 2008 r2 and above
? Writing complex SQL queries to test data transformations/business rules
? Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Defect/bug management and familiarity with defect management tools (Bugzilla, JIRA etc.)
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

? z/OS DB2
? PowerBI
? Education industry experience
