Senior Data Analyst/Architect PROJECT: The Project is Enterprise Entity Management, we are taking Provider data from different sources within the organization and trying to find relationships with them. The data is first fed into kafka it goes through microservices where it gets sanitized and rules applied to it. After that it is fed into Graph database tigergraph which will then serve the UI (yet to be build) so that end users can view/edit the relationships derived. Required Expertise in Provider domain. Proven ability to discover new information, form conclusions and support decision-making. Self-starter who can embrace challenges and take initiatives for difficult tasks. Experience working with large datasets from various sources. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in collecting data requirements, data exploration, ingesting, cleansing, transformation and modeling. Strong technical skills. Strong proficiency with SQL. Advance query writing skills. Experience in Data Integration methods such as ETL/ELT/ELTL, Data Pipeline etc. Knowledge of best practices, schema management and CRUD operations. Preferred Experience with Python. Basic understanding of data science. Experience in Data Life Cycle(DLC) such as Data Acquisition, Data Curation, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Normalization, Data Externalization Pattern etc. Experience in Data Analytics such as Descriptive Analytics and Predictive Analytics is most preferred Lead data analyst experience. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? Ideally, the resource would have double the years of experience below but I dont think thats realistic a. Healthcare experience required, specifically in the Provider domain (3-5 years, preferably 5) 1. Data experience in the following provider areas: 1. Health Systems 2. Healthcare Facilities 3. Practitioners 2. Experience with claims data 3. Healthcare contracts (not required) 4. Provider Identifiers (Tax ID, NPI, DEA #, other government IDs) 5. Understanding of provider billing/servicing/mailing addresses, taxonomy and provider relationships (referring, attending, rendering, operating, etc.) b. Experience with provider datasets (3+ years) 1. Government (NPPES/CMS/health.data.gov/etc) 2. Vendors (Definitive Healthcare/Dun & Bradstreet/etc.) c. Data analysis/engineer – experience collecting data requirements, exploring internal/external sources and extracting data into databases for analytical purposes (5+ years) d. Data architecture/modeling experience – utilizing best practices to develop a framework to clean/transform data via data pipelines. (3-5 years) e. SQL experience (5+ years) f. Python experience (2+ years) g. Data governance (2+ years) h.
