Job Description Analyst: Large System Integration, MS Access, ETL, Integration Test Experience

Description :

Interface Lead Analyst
Key Required Experience:
o Experience with large system integration
o Strong knowledge of MS Access, Excel and other tools
o Experience with data profiling and data lineage;
o Experience developing ETL
o System integration test experience
o Experience in Source to target mapping
o Experience with full system development life cycle from planning, to construct, to test, to production
o Mortgage Experience (ratail/commercial)
Job Purpose: Responsible as a business/technical analyst focused on defining interface requirements, mapping and transformation requirements.

Level Scope: Will assist in defining source to target mapping and data transformation requirements. This includes building out mapping documents, uploading and leveraging the InfoSphere Metadata workbench and reporting progress monthly. Identifies or creates solutions that will contribute to improved data governance and Basel II implementation. Interfaces with project managers and key business users to identify transformation requirements to meet business needs, negotiate project priorities and outcomes.

Education and Experience: BS or 4 + years or equivalent
Capabilities:
(1) Hands on ability to assess data, identify key metrics and develop reporting to show improvement
(2) Expert knowledge of BI/data management systems: Cognos, Hyperion, other tools
(3) Experienced at solving data related issues
(4) Ability to act as a technical resource and team lead and occasionally supervise lower level staff
