Fully documented and compliant coding of solution, performance tuning of code, learning our marketing system and business, working directly with business analysts and business partners on solution and suggestions for delivery 4. Meeting release requirements and deadlines monthly, zero production errors, participation in all company required learnings, certifications, attestations, and relationship building with other IT and business departments 5.
