Job Description Consultant: Curam Certification, Eclipse, J2EE, HTML

[NOTE(3):A.Up to (3) submissions per Vendor will be allowed / (1) candidate submission per email]

Duties include but are not limited to:
? Leading requirements development
? Needs assessment
? Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
? Functional and detailed design, programming and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST

Areas of focus will include:
? Business and workflow process modeling
? Business reengineering using C?ram

These activities will involve use of:
? COTS C?ram Enterprise Framework Components
? C?ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2)
? C?ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT)
? Oracle, use of XML technology in C?ram
? C?ram Evidence Framework
? Subversion, and WebSphere

The selected candidate will be responsible for status reporting to the NC FAST Project Manager and for adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
REQUIRED: Candidate MUST have and possess the following:
? C?ram Certified Developer in C?ram V5.0 or greater and have a MINIMUM of three (3)yrs of social enterprise management experience in the full project life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing
? Experience in performing detailed fit-gaps of requirements against the appropriate software modules
? Extensive experience in knowledge transfer
? Proven leadership skills in leading requirements analysis workshops, JAD sessions, and design workshops
? Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues

Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming:
? C?ram IEG2
? C?ram CERT
? Curam Adminstration
? C?ram DMX
? J2EE, Eclipse
? HTML
? Cascading Style Sheets
? Database platforms and tools (XML, XSL, XML Schemas and Oracle)

Preferred:
? Experience with C?ram Self Service public facing solutions for screening, reception management requirements, and intake requirements.

Other Requirements:
The vendor must notify the Agency if any portion of the requirements listed in this Task Order are to be outsourced to other countries. ? Include this information in your Task Order response.

Important Note:
All work must be performed on State premises.
Some local travel may be required.
