Job Description :

Position Summary:
Primary objective will be to manage and support development projects for the WS – Compliance Center applications, with an immediate focus on implementation of security enhancements across the platform. The successful candidate should demonstrate innovation, constant learning, self-motivation and effective team participation. Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate should demonstrate a willingness to share knowledge, excellent listening skills and strong analytical skills. The candidate must be able to work effectively under project and daily deadlines.

Responsibilities:
o Maintain software release schedule and act as a liaison between teams to ensure proper communication
o Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
o Adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards
o Assess existing processes, determine key areas for immediate improvement, make recommendations and implement for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness
o Collaborate closely with the Product owner and Stakeholders to facilitate release management across teams to coordinate release planning
o Ensure cross functional documentation tasks are managed appropriately across teams
o Active participation in problem analysis, resolution and triage application issues. Ability to diagnose data related problems.
o Active Role in System incident management and Change Process
o Prepares documentation for the Support resources on new functionality and supporting material for analysis of customer issues.

Skills/Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree in Business, IT or Engineering or equivalent
o 3+ years experience working in an IT environment
o Strong analytical and product management skills required, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translation them into application requirements
o Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into details
o Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including senior management
o Creative problem solver with the ability to work across the organization to deliver on initiatives
o Ability to manage multiple initiatives / priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
o Strong presentation, communication, listening and influencing skills
o Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
o Ability to understand systems engineering concepts
o An Agile mindset with an understanding of the Standard SDLC processes
o Any development or QC experience is a plus

Technical Requirements:
o Experience with Agile/SCRUM development is preferred. Experience with Agile management tools.
o Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite
o Must have experience creating Excel spreadsheets to analyze data
o Must have experience working with databases including using SQL to create queries and validate data
o Must have experience to understand XML structures.
o Experience in .Net environment is a preferred but not required
