The goal is to dramatically improve our sales performance, increase profits, and strengthen our commercial, digital, and analytics capabilities by empowering every member of our sales and strategic pricing teams to make data-driven decisions that enhances their success and provides better value to our customers. Salesforce facilitates an easier way to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines that will allow information access to a larger group to close deals as a team. Rather than logging into multiple tools, Salesforce will be a one stop shop for all of the information needed to run business. The first release will feature basic functionality. Later on this year, SMART CPQ will be released which will allow pricing and quoting on the fly with all of the most up to date pricing information at your fingertips. With future releases, the tool will continue to evolve alongside the skills of the Protein team. POSITION SUMMARY The Lead will create and execute a change management strategy and plan to enable end user adoption of both the new Salesforce application and Strategic Pricing technology and processes. This position works in partnership the cross functional project team to ensure stakeholders needs are scoped properly and collaborates with key resources on the project team to incorporate stakeholder engagement needs into the holistic change management strategy. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with cross functional subject matter experts to execute a holistic change management strategy (including leadership alignment, stakeholder management, communications and training) to enable stakeholders to adopt the salesforce and pricing/quoting applications and processes. • Work with assigned business and leadership teams to ensure alignment to holistic change management strategy and plan. • Build and maintain a workplan. • Identify barriers and challenges for successful work, determine alternatives, make recommendations and implement the approved recommendation. • Identify variances from the plan, determine alternatives for approval and implement the approved recommendation. Project Execution • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder plans to further understanding, commitment and advocacy. • Translate the needs of leaders and key stakeholders into leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement activities. • Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training materials to facilitate alignment and end user adoption of Salesforce and Strategic Pricing tools. • Measure organizational readiness and change progression of project and stakeholders . • Identify barriers and challenges to successful change and suggest solutions. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS • Bachelors Degree in Business, OD, Organizational Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience • 6-8 years experience working on large scale change projects including change, communications and education activities • Salesforce implementation experience is required • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization • Strong written communication skills • Ability to develop a strategic communications plan and key messaging • Ability to frame the change message and facilitate discussion with stakeholders • Drive for outcomes and results while staying aligned with the big picture • Demonstrated ability to be successful   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
