Project: · Part of the GFH admin team, global finance team, the team that administers the Hyperion systems · Hyperion planning and ESSBASE space · Support the corporate finance and enterprise wise finance applications · Very collaborative team, pretty fun group – everyone gets a long and communicates and collaborates together Responsibilities: · Administration of month end close process within planning and ESSBASE Space · Troubleshooting any issues with the systems – 90% · If time permitting will work on enhancements for the applications maybe 10% · Interacting with the team a lot and the analyst team (peer team – the one that directly deals with the business) · Sits all together in the team · Could be some off-hour work – some weekend work – try to minimize that as much as possible · Some flexibility in when someone comes in and leaves need to be here from around 9-3 ore business hours · Occasional work remote · Possibility of extension but not expecting · Getting experience working with a big company like Starbucks, how they use their systems. Being able to say you helped/enhance/fix/help a large system would be great on a resume. Qualifications: · 3-5 years in this space · No degrees or certs are necessary · Heads down person would probably not due · Code development of systems within the Hyperion space would be a plus · Plus – VB (Visual Basic) coding skills would be a plus · A lot of companies in the area -specifically retail companies would be good fit Top 3: · Planning ESSPACE is a need · Proficient in Oracle SQL · Supporting administration of systems, development   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
