Typically has at least three (3) years experience and professional degree. In-depth experience in Network Security technology architecture design, evaluation, deployment or support that addresses one or more of the following security areas: Firewalls, VPN, Authentication, Encryption, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Analysis, Intrusion Detection. Expert in supporting Checkpoint/Solaris firewalls in a high-availability enterprise environment. Strong Checkpoint, Solaris and Cisco network skills. Additional Comments for suppliers: Application Delivery Controller (ADC) analysts implement and support ADC technologies, which include but may not be limited to load balancing, application proxy, SSL VPN, network firewall, and web application firewall. They will serve as interface to projects and other IT groups as it relates to ADC services. The ADC team has tight ties to Network Security, Network Infrastructure and Software Security. Problem solving, quick learning, self-motivation, effective communication. Strong networking fundamentals are required. Strong ADC fundamentals are required. At least 2-3 years of experience with F5s Big-IP and LTM.
