In the current 2007 environment, internal fault tolerance and load balancing is handled by a Microsoft CAS array, and External access is controlled by ISA servers. This position will be responsible for investigating, documenting, architecting, and implementing an F5 replacement for both internal Exchange 2012 load balancing/fault tolerance and external access (reverse proxy) of Active Sync, OWA, and Enterprise Vault. RESPONSIBILITIES - Evaluate/Document the current Exchange 2007/ISA environment - Gather access and security requirements from the customer - Advise customer on F5 best practices - Collaborate with Customer and other Architects to develop Architectural Design for new environment - Create F5 Bill of Materials for ordering of new equipment - Create implementation, migration, and test plans for new environment. - Build out new environments QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 5 years hands on experience with F5 LTM, ASM, and APM modules - Minimum 3 years experience architecting F5 solutions - Experience using F5 load balancers in an Exchange 2012 environment - Detailed knowledge of F5 iRules - Experience utilizing F5s to reverse proxy Exchange Active Sync, OWA, and Enterprise Vault - Experience creating architectural Drawings, project plans, and documentation - Detailed knowledge of F5s product line and modules for matching requirements to platforms   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
