Preferred Requirements: 5+ years of working experience in SAP ABAP Experience with ABAP Development for Data Conversion Hands on experience with LSMW Experience with custom programs for Data Loading Master Data and PDP experience is desired Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills of the ABAP programs SAP ABAP Technical Developer Skills : FICO, MM and SD modules ,Object Oriented Programming ,SAP ABAP,SQL,LSMW,BAPI ,BADI and S4 HANA. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP hands on experience in respective business processes like Master data, OTC, PRI,SCE,RTR and PTP • Previous large transformation SAP program experience desired, in particular strong technical knowledge of SAP ABAP in ECC/S4 systems. • Experience in identifying the right approach for data loads for conversion objects based on the functional/non-functional requirements. • Experience in review and approval process of the business rules/mapping document and convert functional specification to technical specifications. • Must have the ability to lead and work in onsite/offshore model. • Possess the ability to work on multiple tasks and clearly communicate status and potential issues • Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred “processes to SAP. • Experience with following performance optimization techniques and SAP best practices to address long running ABAP programs. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills of the ABAP programs, standard/custom function modules etc. Responsibilities: • Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution. • Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, HR and BW to ensure a consistent experience to the various users on the clients side. • Writing the code using ABAP programming language on the basis of the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code. • Ensuring that all programs are completed in schedule as per the clients guidelines and allocating appropriate resources to achieve this. • Providing technical support to the end users as well as other team members in the form of troubleshooting guidelines and modifications to the system after it has been delivered. To stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work. • Review code migration programs with AppDev team to ensure the code quality and governance is appropriately followed. • Able to troubleshoot IDOC errors and assist team members on identify the root cause and guide them in potential next steps Able to understand charm and code migration process using transports and work with SCS and TechArch teams in the program.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
