The SAP Functional Developer/Configurator is responsible for: participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; collaborating with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes and implementing complex configuration solutions to meet business needs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management Preferred Experience in SolMan - ChaRM; Preferred Experience in integration of FI with SD and MM; Preferred Experience in FSCM, Special Ledger, Tax and CO-PA; Experience in debugging ABAP is preferred; Additional Info: - This team/project will be responsible for changing the way we interact with our business customers. This team will be focused on delivering enhancements to existing system solutions across the globe in Monsanto. - Role open due to new enhancements in SAP FICO area.. - Will sit in Creve Coeur campus. - We would be working with a core team that has been in the SAP FICO area for Monsanto for years. - MUST HAVES: Good understanding of SAP FICO and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Nice to Haves: Preferred Experience in SolMan - ChaRM; Preferred Experience in integration of FI with SD and MM; Preferred Experience in FSCM, Special Ledger, Tax and CO-PA; Experience in debugging ABAP is preferred; - Open to candidate who are willing to relocate. - Open to Subs. - We will have member of our core team interview.
