The vendor(s) will provide on-site expertise to maintain and operate the Operations Planning and Control (OPC) software in support of the ACES batch environments. This software covers all environments including integration test, system test, user acceptance test, health benefit exchange user acceptance test, training and production. *Required Skills: *Experience working on IBM z/OS – MVS, Job Entry Subsystem (JES2), JCL, Customer Information Control System (CICS), Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF), System Display and Search Facility (SDSF), and IBM utilities. *Knowledge of batch flow using scheduling tool Tivoli Workload Manager for z/OS. *Experience with File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), IBM WebSphere MQ, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and the creation of batch jobs to perform these functions. *Proficient with Microsoft Office products *Ability to develop Service Level Agreements and meet service levels according to such agreements *Experience working with a system that supports the determination of eligibility for human services programs (e.g. TANF, Medicaid, Food Assistance) *Desired Skills: *Basic understanding of Electronic Benefits Transfer, Washington Health Benefit Exchange, Washington Connection, Eligibility Service, aces.online and ACES 3G. *Basic understanding and working knowledge of Cypress Archival and Retrieval. *Basic understanding of networks and servers. *Working knowledge of FTPAlert. *Basic understanding of IBM Rational Clear Quest.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
