Description:

Sr. FoxPro Developer

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
o Perform quality design, coding and basic testing for application software
o Provide support to customer-facing team
o Participate on project teams for assigned system projects; analyze improvements and new applications and develop requirements and specifications with team
o Create and maintain accurate documentation of own work
o Key contributor on projects

Key Indicators to Measure Success:
o Low rate of defects/bugs covered
o Assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner according to specification

Qualities and Traits Required:
o Innovative problem solving skills
o Detailed oriented
o Clear verbal and written communications skills
o Well organized
o Ability to think analytically and logically

Education/Experience Required:
o Bachelors degree or equivalent from technical school a plus
o Minimum five (5) years experience and/or training as a developer; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Understanding of Financial or Bankruptcy industry a plus
o Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Visual FoxPro and Windows
o Current knowledge of technology industry
o Knowledge of general accounting concepts a plus
