Responsible for the implementation of mid-size Oracle OEBS QA efforts. Works collaboratively with various groups within the IT department and the business units to ensure the appropriate level of quality is provided in the OEBS solutions. Develops appropriate QA standards, guidelines and procedures as needed to facilitate delivering a quality product. Ensures relevant QA standards and quality is a fundamental component of all projects and deliverables. Responsible for the creation and subsequent reviews of project test plans with team members and business owners. Participates in identifying metrics that improve quality. • Must have significant experience in GAAP standards • Must have experience in Oracle EBS accounts receivables, billing and advanced collections • Must have a proven track record as a QA Tester with Oracle EBS experience (Oracle Financials), including account receivables, general ledger, payables and collections • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms • Must be an active listener, open to receiving and providing constructive feedback • Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment • Works closely with project team, business stakeholders and other team members to assist in resolving issues they may encounter while performing testing activities • Must have full life cycle software deployment experience in an agile environment using test-driven development. • Must have good understanding of the underlying table structure and objects used by the applicable modules. • Works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks • Evaluates project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Provide QA direction to the assigned QA Team Members throughout the entire systems development life cycle. • Understands business requirements and how QA solutions affects the business • Works with project manager and team leads to create and manage the QA component of the project schedule • Analyzes, reviews, and modifies test plans to ensure quality control guidelines are met • Helps to ensure that changes do not adversely affect other areas of a given application or system, or related interfacing applications and systems • Document and report quality issues, defects, and ability to work with multiple teams to expedite resolution. • Selenium Experience preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
