He/She will partner with senior members of the team to manage the ongoing contractual relationships and deliver professional services to clients for an account or group of accounts. Through engagement of strong communication skills, you will be asked to serve as a liaison between client representatives and technical consultants on your team, to design and deliver solutions to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities: - Assist in the interaction with clients to determine business and system specifications. - Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities related to system development projects. - Consult with internal teams and customers on functional related aspects of design, project delivery and support - Responsible for on time delivery of multiple concurrent small to medium projects - Work with customers on technical aspects of project delivery and support - Develop a deep understanding of client data, technologies, products and platforms - Champion Professional Services Strategic Initiatives focused on process improvement - Business Logic Design and Implementation in a Business Rules Management System Experience/Education Required: - Experience with software delivery methodologies and object-oriented design - Experience building business risk policies and analyzing data - Experience as a Scrum Product Owner, working with Agile Delivery Teams, utilizing Agile / Scrum / Kanban. - 5+ years of experience consulting/implementing software configurations and customizations - Proven customer facing skills through project status tracking and reporting to executive level stakeholders - Technical aptitude for computer applications having gained a functional knowledge of hardware and software components - Basic SQL Database familiarity to write and execute queries for research purposes - Business Process Engineering - B.S. or B.A. in related field, or equivalent training and experience required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
