Client is seeking a qualified consultant ("Consultant") to develop a mobile data capture solution for points representing address locationsand for assigning addresses to existing address points.
The goal of this consultant is to create an application, running on a “smart phone” and a tablet computer, which can provide the functionality identified in the three use cases.
