Please submit project questions to MarkT@KnowledgeServices.com Scope of Work At the direction of the SPOC, Contractor shall provide services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work within the following scope areas: 1. Informational Content and Materials Development In support of Utahs SLIGP education and outreach activities, contractor will develop nationwide public safety broadband network (NPSBN) and FirstNet related education and outreach informational content for use with Utahs public safety stakeholders. This information may be in the form of: 1.1 Flyers, fact sheets, brochures, posters, banners, and infographics 1.2 Microsoft® PowerPoint presentations for use in outreach events, consultation task teams (CTTs), governance meetings, and third party conferences 1.3 Web content in the form of text, images, web links to other online resources such as reports, white papers, presentations, and videos for use on Utahs UCA website 1.4 Inputs to social media, such as Facebook and blog entries, Twitter posts, videos, and newsfeeds Developed materials will be in electronic format using standard desktop formats such as Microsoft® Word and Adobe® PDF. Contractor may also be engaged to perform the printing and shipping of outreach materials upon request. 2. Education and Outreach Support Contractor will support Utah education and awareness outreach activities, including in-person presentations and attendance at workshops, governance meetings, and consultation task team (CTT) meetings. Requested support may include: 2.1 Assist SPOC to organize, schedule, conduct and participate at Utah workshops, meetings, strategy sessions and conferences such as educational and outreach events, UCA governance meetings, broadband conferences, and regional workshops. 2.2 Assist SPOC to organize, schedule, conduct and participate in education and outreach activities initiated by FirstNet in coordination with Utah. This may include state consultations, CTT meetings or workshops with local stakeholders covering topics such as FirstNet update; State Plan sections; Quality of Service, Priority, and Preemption (QPP) policy; Training; Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) process; and Local Control procedures, as well executive level meeting with public safety, association, and government leaders. 2.3 Support SLIGP Phases 1 and 2 activities by coordinating stakeholder meetings; collecting, analyzing, and documenting stakeholder needs; providing recommendations; interacting with FirstNet; and entering data into collection tools as required. 2.4 Support the survey of Utah public safety stakeholders, coordinating and soliciting inputs as well as analyzing outputs. Where appropriate, analysis may include the use of geographic information system (GIS) mapping of collected information. 2.5 Conduct informational webinars to reach remotely located public safety stakeholders unable to attend outreach events in person. 2.6 Assist in the creation and/or maintenance of a Utah first responder outreach listing. The list would contain contact information for distributing electronic outreach material, event invitations, and other FirstNet-related information to key public safety associations (e.g., listserv administrators), tribal, state and local public safety entities. 3.
