Must be available for on-call duties to provide reliable 24 x 7 supports. . Must be a highly organized and disciplined individual who fully understands the rigors of a 24 x 7 mission critical production environment and works well with multiple technical disciplines. . Must be a highly motivated, responsive individual that can work independently and demonstrate excellent communications and customer service skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to a multi-disciplined technology group and must be able to communicate well with all IT disciplines as well as internal and external business users. . Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a production system. Drive the root cause approach to problem solving . 2. Skill required : . High level of expertise in the implementation and support of business applications . Working knowledge/experience in Unix, Unix Scripting, Linux, Windows operating environment. . Expertise with Gentran Integration Suite- preferably 1-2 years experience , FTP, SFTP, FTPS protocols, EDI, Sterling Map editor, Sterling Graphical Process Modeler, EDI, xml . Experience with process documentation and process documentation tools (such as Visio) .
