Current business processes are performed through a set of non-integrated, home-grown MS Access databases; excel spreadsheets, GIS data management, and paper records. Some business areas continue to use manual processes, including post-its and handwritten notes. The department envisions this project as a series of deliverables which would include: *Required Skills: *Create a detailed requirements document of the functional requirements of the as-is process, including any ancillary and manual processes conducted within and outside of the MS Access systems, excel spreadsheets or GIS. *Create a detailed requirements document of the technical requirements of the as-is process, including any ancillary and manual processes conducted within and outside of the MS Access systems, excel spreadsheets or GIS. *Create a detailed requirements document of a to-be process including any ancillary and manual processes which would remain and continue to be conducted outside of any new, automated system. *Create flowcharts of the as-is process to support detailed design and development work. *Create flowcharts of the to-be solution to support detailed design and development work. *Prepare and provide recommendations to assist DNR/LRP and OA-ITSD in moving forward with continued efforts towards the to-be solution with a roadmap indicating timeline, milestones and documenting any risks associated which were identified during the project *Provide a document addressing any parking lot items deemed out of scope with suggestions and recommendations for how these items are best addressed and resolved.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
