(Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis): -Maintain on-premise Ab Initio infrastructure and services as code using automation whenever possible. -Maintain existing and develop new cloud IAC (Infrastructure as Code) where needed for AZDA project to make consolidated data warehouse data available in Cloud. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? -Infrastructure as Code engineering experience -Azure/Cloud (Other cloud platforms okay but Azure preferable) -Ab Initio (Willing to consider those without past Ab Initio administration experience, but must be willing to learn it quickly) Ability to install, configure, and maintain the entire library of Ab Initio products and services including (Co>Operating System, Express>IT, EME, Control Center, GDE, etc.) What skills/attributes are a must have? Linux O/S Experience (for example RHEL7): 3 years Scripting experience (shell scripting/python, etc.): 3 years Cloud platform experience: 2 years Version Control (Git or equivalent): 2 years What skills/attributes are nice to have? Terraform CI/CD Implementation Experience Data Integration Tools (Spark/Databricks or equivalent) Big Data Experience with datasets in the hundreds of Terabytes to several Petabytes Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred UHG facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Telecommute or 1600 McConnor Parkway, Schaumburg, IL What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) This is a infrastructure engineering position, after hours support will be needed on a rotational basis.
