This should be a GoLang REST API service that can run on Kubernetes, backed by AWS DynamoDB. Client team wants to be able to register newly created clusters and catalog their roles capabilities, environment, etc. Client team wants to be able to query the cluster records, to fetch specific clusters based on search criteria. A more advanced use-case would be to have this service make the appropriate API calls to upgrade down-stream clusters (Rancher, EKS, GKE), and track versioning.
