Support control design & operating effectiveness testing in Archer. Why is this role open? What need will this worker fill? This role will fill a resource gap at the Analyst level that will be driving SOX and PCI related control & governance activities from a GRC perspective, in Starbucks Technology. What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables? Typical work day will be working with control owners & performers, assisting in controls remediation and engineering, building critical controls & governance artifacts for compliance readiness purposes. Deliverables include policies and standards that this analyst will help design, supporting other teams within Starbucks Technology, making sure theres clarity and accountability, protecting against the creation of duplicative or vague requirements. As well, this analyst will be responsible for driving the creation of control objectives mapped to our internal requirements (as will be documented in our internal ST Policies & Standards). What are the must/nice to have skills you are looking for in this CW? Must be proficient in compliance & audit readiness, technology controls design. Must be proficient in technology governance, technical writing. Must be proficient in SOX and PCI readiness. Would ideally have recent background and experience with the RSA Archer platform. Experience with technology for cloud delivery, configuration automation (e.g. Chef, Octopus) is a plus. This person will be analyzing and assisting teams with building controls, policies and standards in response to Starbucks Technology requirements, for GRC. Utilizing RSA Archer on a daily basis for building out our controls library, inputting policy and standard changes, and reporting.
