The Application Architect I participates in defining functional designs and application systems architecture across all technologies and platforms, for projects of low to moderate complexity. Responsible for the overall system design of simple to moderately complex applications. Documents development requirements for database, applications, and operation system environment. Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs. Serves as expertise in all aspects of designing and application development. May conduct training to IT Staff. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field required. Masters degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in Application Architecture or related field • Strong working knowledge of micro services, containerization/docker and orchestration/Kubernetes • Solid experience with Linux, Kubernetes, GCP, PKS, Jenkins, Spinnakar in terms of both tools and systems administration Automated software test frameworks. • Expert knowledge of leading APM tools (e.g. Splunk, Dyna trace/One Agent, Pin Point, Wily etc) • Knowledge of mobile (Android / iOS) and web performance instrumentation and analysis • Familiar or experienced with load testing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Net Strom/Net Cloud • Solid experience with SQL performance tuning.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
