Job Description

Overall 5-7 years Document Generation or customer communication product experience in the Insurance Industry such as guidewire

Should have 1 – 2 years experience in Thunderhead or SmartComm or Smart Communications Knowledge in developing and documenting forms design and specification

Experience in designing and developing multi-channel (Print, web/html, email, archive, SMS, Fax etc communications.
Experience integrating with upstream systems (e.g. Guidewire etc Experience integrating with Document Management Systems (FileNet etc Experience with Smart Communication Administration - o Template Selector.
Output processing in other technology like a Hyland Onbase can substitute for SmartComm

Day to Day

Managing ownership of resources, schedule and cost from several small vendors – integrate with Vendors with effective and innovative communication protocol

Managing users and groups
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Required Skills :
We are looking for a PM with property and casualty insurance or guidewire experience. Experience must be recent
