Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Consult customers on ecommerce applications and integration options and recommended processes • Advise customers on creative and flexible solutions to speed applications and integration and ultimately transactions to drive their business • Engage with project team independently with minimal manager/leadership over site • Lead and facilitate customer technical sessions to identify and document customer requirements • Lead regular scheduled conference calls to ensure project status is tracking as planned • Coordinate and manage testing process with customer from engagement to deployment • Assist in resolving issues related to transmission of electronic documents via the Ariba Network and Ariba On Demand solutions • Issue / Status Tracking– Provides weekly updates and escalates critical issues to Team and Project management in a timely manner Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience. 2+ years in SAP Ariba and/or 5+ years in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA tech Travel: Ability to travel within ones region up to 80%.
